Masumi Nishijima is the love interest of Minene Uryu in the manga/anime series Mirai Nikki. Chief Investigator and Keigo's subordinate within the police. Even thouh he's a cop and Minene is a terrorist, Masumi still continues pursuing a relationship with Minene, much to the latter's confusion. He's killed by the Eleventh's men by using himself as a shield of gun shots to protect Minene. However, Minene travels to the 3rd world and marries that world's version of Masumi. They are shown to be living happily with their 2 children in the epilogue.
