Thoren (Winx Club)

Thoren

Thoren is a recurring character of the Winx Club series. He makes his first appearence in the sixth season. He is Sky's cousin and a member of the Paladins. He is also the main love interest and later husband of Daphne.

Relationships

Daphne

Daphne and Thoren first met during the beginning of the sixth season when Linphea Collage was under attack by the Trix. They began working together to find a way to save the collage and stop the Trix, eventually finding the solution and soon they both began to develop romantic feelings for each other. Daphne and Thoren's blossoming romance soon became clear to everyone as Bloom realizes how happy Daphne is whenever she is together with Thoren, showing her support and approval about their relationship. However, Thoren's cousin, Sky disapproves of their relationship in the beginning, believing Thoren isn't right for Daphne, believing he is a bad person due to an incident from their childhood and instead wishes for Daphne to stay away from Thoren instead. However, Thoren's feelings for Daphne are true and genuine and after saving Bloom from the Fire Eaters and Diaspro, Sky and Thoren reconcile and he now approves of Thoren's relationship with Daphne. Due to this, Daphne and Thoren finally became a couple during the Daphne's crowning ceremony to officially become the Crown Princess of Domino.

Throughout the season, Daphne and Thoren grow closer and their love for each other becomes more stronger. Eventually by the ending of the season, Daphne reveals to Bloom and the Winx that she and Thoren have decided to get married and together the Winx help prepare for their wedding ceremony.
